The ball mastery skills training platform is geared towards children at the beginner level looking to develop the fundamentals of soccer and confidence on the ball.
1. Dribbling at various speeds

3. Small sided games with emphasis on applying the skills learned

Advanced skills

Platform is geared towards REP and HP players whom are already part of a competitive environment between the ages of 11 and 18 years old with the maturity level to understand fast-paced dribbling techniques and passing sequences

1. Dribbling passing and passing / receiving with speed
2. Agility and coordination routines, all inclusive of a ball
3. Shielding / turning under pressure to a goal
4. Groups are structured primarily based on skill level.

Functional Training

The Position specific training platform provides a more dedicated development environment for advanced REP and HP players based on professional a curriculum designed to master different functions or a position (example: Centre Backs)
 
While all the coaches will continue to master the fundamental skills, special attention goes to best understanding the player’s strengths and weaknesses within his/her position to materialize into an adaptable system of play.

1on1 Training

The 1 on 1 training model is very specific and customize to each player.

Strikers Clinics

Each striking and finishing clinic focuses on dribbling to goal, passing/receiving and turning to goal, striking with accuracy/power and SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness)

HIIT Training

The HIIT Training platform has a unique approach designed to support an athlete that participates in a sport that is quite active with feet, such as soccer, basketball, hockey, etc.
The HIIT training model places emphasis on quick feet, lower / upper body strength and ultimately strong minds.
