FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS

The fundamental skills training platform is geared towards children at the beginner level between the ages of 8-12 and focus on the fundamentals of soccer and confidence on the ball.

ADVANCED SKILLS

The advanced skills platform is geared towards REP and HP players between the ages of 12 to 18 years old whom are already part of a competitive environment, looking to further master individual skill such as dribbling, passing/receiving and turns.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

The Position specific training platform is geared towards player between the ages of 12 to 21 and provides a more dedicated development environment for advanced REP and HP players based different functions or a position (example: Centre Backs)

1 on 1 PRIVATE TRAINING

The 1 on 1 training model is very specific and customize to each player, and special attention goes to best understanding the player’s strengths and weaknesses within his/her position to materialize into an adaptable system of play. This program is open to all ages.

STRIKERS CLINICS

Each striking and finishing clinic focuses on dribbling to goal, passing/receiving and turning to goal, striking with accuracy/power and SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness) This program is open to all ages.

HIIT FITNESS TRAINING

The HIIT Training platform has a unique approach designed to support an athlete that participates in a highly competitive sport that is quite active with feet, such as soccer, basketball, hockey, etc. The HIIT fitness training model is geared towards players between the ages of 13 to 21 years old.

As a condition of participation in any activity at the AthELITE Centre, Participants must review the participation waiver and indicate your consent at the end this document.
I acknowledge that certain RISKS of INJURY are inherent in participation in sports and recreation activities. These types of risks can include, physical and/or mental stress due to various levels of training intensity or climate changes. It is highly recommended for participants to review the complete participation and release of liability waiver by clicking on the link below.
I acknowledge that there may be RULES and REGULATIONS applicable to the activity I wish to participate in, and that they are designed for enhancement of safety and protection of myself and other participants. I understand such RULES and REGULATIONS EXIST, and I undertake to abide by them.

I acknowledge that all activities require a level of FITNESS and HEALTH (physical, mental and emotional) Once the transaction is processed, one of our team members will be in contact with you for further details.

COMMITMENT OF PARTICIPATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER *

This liability waiver and release extends to the AthELITE Centre and/or facilities of use together with all owners, partners, employees and clients

Such actions are solely intended for the purpose of marketing/education/social media content creation. I hereby grant The AthELITE Centre permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of The AthELITE Centre and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize The AthELITE Centre to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge The AthELITE Centre from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
